An Adult Creative Arts Therapy Group for those experiencing grief.

This group is not a drop in group and will be the same participants throughout the series. Participants of this group will have a space to share their grief experience of losing a significant person in their life. Creative arts therapy activities will be part of this group, but no experience is required prior to attending. You do not need to be a creative person to participate. Sometimes we don’t have the words to express how we feel, and using these modalities can be helpful means of expression.

Cost: $30 per session per person. Paid in full or weekly depending on participants’ needs. Participants agree to pay for each week of group regardless of attendance. Register for all groups through the contact page here: Register

About the facilitator: Kimberly Koljat, LMFT, IMFT-S, RPT-S, RDT is a Certified Grief Professional having completed Megan Devine’s certification program on grief as a participant of the first cohort of the training. She uses embodiment and creative arts to explore different components of the lived experience of loss, and loves incorporating music, theatrical devices, and writing into her personal and professional life.
